THE HEALING ARTS | Spiritual Direction

As a Spiritual Director, Kelly sits with a directee and practices the art of deep listening and reflection. She is present as they “travel” on the inner journey to explore and deepen their relationship with the divine. This practice allows them to tell their story through the lens of the sacred while cultivating greater mindfulness, spiritual awareness and nurturing life attuned to the divine.

Kelly is a graduate of Wellstreams Spirituality Network, and a member of the Spiritual Directors International (SDI) organization, an inclusive, global learning community of people from many faiths and many nations who share a common passion and commitment to the art and contemplative practice of spiritual direction.

Standards and Guidelines for Ethical Conduct from Spiritual Directors International (SDI)

After three years of study, Kelly is both prepared and committed to practice within the highest standards and accepted guidelines as a member of SDI.

SDI Guidelines for Ethical Conduct

Ethical conduct flows from lived reverence for all of Life, self, and others but is not inevitably the reality of every spiritual direction relationship. Therefore, these guidelines are meant to inspire members of Spiritual Directors International toward integrity, responsibility, and faithfulness in their ministry and service of spiritual direction.
